Metal-composite cylinders for the compressed natural gas

 

Production of metal-composite cylinders and cassette mobile gaz refueller modules on directions:

 

- compressed natural gas (CNG)

 

- technical gases, cylinders for technical gases;

 

- compressed nitrogen for application in oil production.

 

At specially built factory we produce industrially light metal-composite CNG-cylinders of ultrahigh pressure for the methane used as motor fuel for transportation of oil-dissolved gas and for the various technical gases used on civil, military, ship objects, and as in systems of fire fighting. We make up to 50000 CNG-cylinders in a year. The mobile cassette accumulators are made for the compressed nitrogen on pressure up to 250 atmospheres, by capacity up to 1500 metres cubic used in oil production and for mobile gaz refueller modules. There are Certificates: the International Certificate of quality (ISO 9001:2008) management systems, the Certificate of Conformity (GOST Russia), the Certificate of quality system of certification «Military register» and the Certificate on typical approval of the Russian Sea Register of Navigation, permissions Federal Service on ecological, technological and nuclear supervision. Also we received the Certificate on Conformity to the International Rules EAK OON ¹ 110.

The enterprise is a member of National Gaz-Motor Association (NGA)of Russia
